English & Welsh SIG (Register)
The English & Welsh Special Interest Group Meeting is a hybrid meeting for members with an interest in English or Welsh genealogy. Members should purchase a ticket to attend this event either in person or via Zoom. After registering to attend via Zoom you will receive an email with a link to the external Zoom website to complete the registration.
The topic for this meeting is:
"Cities, Towns & Villages"
We're turning our focus from whole counties onto settlements of various sizes. What have you learned about a city, town or village that was important to your family? Was it a factory town? A mining town? A fishing port? A peaceful agricultural village? Did your family live there for generations or keep moving around? Members are welcome to share the story of a place and your family (or just listen!)
