Writers SIG (Registration)

The Writers Special Interest Group meeting is a hybrid meeting for members with an interest in improving their writing skills Members should purchase a ticket to attend this event either in-person or via Zoom. After registering to attend via Zoom you will receive an email with a link to the external Zoom website to complete the registration.

Don’t miss a morning with Lee Boehm!

What is creative non-fiction? How do you bring real characters to life without straying into fiction? Where are the boundaries? Lee Boehm is the author of popular works of creative non-fiction such as The Journey, Paterson’s Plains and Vron. She will tell us about immersing herself in the lives of real characters and will give us a sneak peek at her latest book (soon to be released), which is set in the Yass area and tells the story of four Irish sisters who came to the area in the 1850s. Come along in person or via Zoom for a fun morning with a lively group of enthusiastic writers.
