Convict SIG (Registration)

The Convict Special Interest Group meeting is a hybrid meeting for members with an interest in researching their convict ancestors. Members should purchase a ticket to attend this event either via Zoom or in-person. After registering to attend via Zoom you will receive an email with a link to the meeting.

The topic for this meeting is:

 "They Sent Me North: Female Convicts in the Hunter"

At this meeting we will be joined by Mel Woodford, President of the Newcastle Family History Society, who will talk about female convicts sent to the Hunter and the work that the Newcastle Society has done to research and record details of these women.
