The AI in Genealogy Special Interest Group is an enthusiastic group of members who are keen to explore the use of Artificial Intelligence for genealogy research. They are willing to share their knowledge and resources with fellow members.  The group caters for all levels of interest and experience in using AI in genealogy. Members should purchase a ticket to attend this event via Zoom

The topic for this meeting is:

Getting the most from Family Search Full Text Search"

Therese will explore FamilySearch’s new full-text search. It digs deeper than indexes ever could — pulling names, places, occupations and clues straight out of unindexed documents. In this session we’ll look at how it works, what collections are included, smart ways to frame searches, and how to spot gems you’d never find in a normal index. A great tool for experienced researchers wanting to uncover the “quiet” records hiding in the archives.
