Australia SIG (Information)
The Australia Special Interest Group Meeting is a zoom meeting for members with an interest in researching their Australian ancestors. Members should register to attend this event by logging in and selecting the event with "(Register)" in the title.
The topic for this meeting is:
Old Photos? What you can do!
Barb Toohey will be presenting this great topic, I am sure we all have old photos that we would like to know more about.
So you have some old photographs! Who is in them? When were they taken? Do they need to be repaired? How will you store them? How will you use them? These are just some of the questions that come to mind.
In this presentation, we will look at answering these questions based on some personal experience and research and give you a basic understanding of how you can not only preserve these precious images but also date and share them in a digital form with your relatives.
