Malcolm Buchanan is the Oceania Regional Director of Clan Buchanan Society International and President of the Scottish Australian Heritage Council. He is about to head off to Scotland to attend the inauguration ceremony for Chief of Clan Buchanan. 

He will explain the petitioning of a coat of Arms and heraldry involved.
