The English & Welsh Special Interest Group Meeting is a hybrid meeting for members with an interest in English or Welsh genealogy. Members should register to attend this event by logging in and selecting the event with "(Register)" in the title.

The topics for this meeting are:

"Cheryl's Circus Folk PLUS Changing Brittania"

1.Cheryl Bollard will share the story of some of her colourful mobile ancestors.

2. Pennie Pemberton will present the first of three short talks, with a historical perspective, to help us make sense of the many administrative units we encounter when researching our English and Welsh families. Changing Brittania will be a discussion about The British Isles, various versions of "the United Kingdom", Great Britain and England.
