Writers Special Interest Group meeting is a hybrid meeting to encourage members in writing and sharing family history in many formats and approaches. Members should register to attend this event by logging in and selecting the event with "(Register)" in the title.

The topic for this meeting is:

"Writing about Place"

The Places of our ancestors form part of the genealogical triad of Who, What, Where. Writing about place, in addition to providing a map, is critical for understanding our ancestors lives, but is commonly overlooked. We will examine the what, why and how of writing about Place.

If you are interested in this event you might also be interested in the many other benefits of membership. See Membership Benefits for member benefits, or go straight to Join or Renew to join.
