Education Room Hire
The Education Room is used by Family History ACT primarily for training sessions but also for various other activities including meetings of Council, Special Interest Groups and Software User Groups. Bookings are required and must be entered in the Education Room diary in the library and the Room Co-ordinator advised by phone or email, as shown on the cover of the diary.
Subject to availability, external organisations or individuals who can provide proof that they hold public liability insurance of $20 million may hire the Education Room. The room can comfortably hold 40 people seated. It has a digital projector mounted on the ceiling which connects wirelessly to a computer for your presentations. Internet connection (using an ethernet cable) is also available. If this room sounds suitable, an inspection can be arranged prior to booking the room.
Please contact the Family History ACT Room Hire Manager for further information or call Family History ACT on (02) 6251 7004 during Library hours.
